My account was hacked and they spent 4500 msp on Fifa Shit and now its currently under investigation. Now can i play skyrim offline on my account?

If u have access to it,if you dont you cannot play games on it. Simple as that.

Disconnect yourself from the internet then you can go on your profile. Remember though while playing on your profile that has been recovered another Xbox any achievements earned will be lost when you recover your profile.

the previos email adress you had on the account can be recoverd threw a secondry email account linked to your xbl email address
