Well actually we never agreed to any terms of use for mw3 nothing came up for you to accept or decline terms.

By playing the game, you agree to them.

If you don't accept a TOS for Windows, you don't get the install/update.
Don't accept TOS, don't play MW3.
So by playing it, you accept them.

you should play the game legit i know it is their fault that you even can do the glitch but common games aren't fun if you are hacking and glitching
