erase the kill/win yadda-yadda-yadda.. But you keep all titles&emblems? I just viewed my ELITE profile, and it says im Rank 1 no prestige.. BUt I see all 10 classed.. Saw my challenges are still there, so im assuming you DO keek everything unlocked/titles&emblems?? Someone confirm or deny this assumption please?

yes you keep everything except your rank and your kill stats

Indeed! lol I never did the tac/straf boosting.. like i litt have non of the 1000 head shot titles.. sad ive gotten almost 8,000 kills with the mp7 and still no title /:
