Did you enter the right serial numbers?

If it is the 32 bit version you have to do this:
Step 1: Right click on the C4D Program and go to properties
Step 2: Go to COMPATIBILITY and check "Run 256 Colors"
Step 3: You should now be able to start it up.
Your screen will look really messed up but dont worry about it.
Step 4: After C4D is open go to the top were it says "Help" then got to "Check For Updates"
It will search for like 30 sec. then find an update, then update.
Step 5: After all updates are done close and uncheck 256 colors and hit apply.
Then you should be done!!!
I had to do this like 2 hours ago and it worked fine.
