What Is EMT?
We are what little chivalry is left of modding these days. In my eyes their is nothing that can be made that cannot be broken. Everything has a weakness, everything has a flaw. WE utilize our team to direct an attack on this flaw and show its exploits to the whole world.
Why do we do this? I have my own reasons. As I am sure you do too, whether it is for fun or just the rush. We all have our purposes.
We at EMT take serious pride in what we do. We do not undercut and we do not pick favorites. We do our job and receive the good and bad feedback from it.
We work and work until our goal is achieved. If you are not seeing the basic point around this yet I will gladly give it.

Can you write maturely and easy to read?

What Do You Really Need To Get In?
You need a clear mind. Patience, and a mind beyond ridicule and misjudgment. You need to be able to shut your mouth and get work done. That is what we should and are known for. When people think of someone they want to see awesome feedback. They want to remember who gave them their service quickly and with much organization.
We don't care about anything except our team and our customers. Within these walls all that matters is each other. You will eventually find that your team is the best thing in the world.

What About Money? Profit? Cash? Moola?
Yes, the one thing all of us look forward too in the morning. Compensation for our services. We as humans are greedy but don't blame yourself. We are raised in a society where the only door is the money we have. So onto the point.
This Is How Profit Will Break Down
Every cent that is earned will be forwarded to buy a new kv. We will not host untill we have enough money to buy a kv.
Which means if you make 90 dollars 35 of that is auto cut so we don't have to worry about a kv the next day.
80 percent of the rest will be given to the Host of our kv.
30 Percent of that 80 will have to go to the hosters co host.
The other 60 is for the hoster to keep for personal use.
The 20 that was not taken will either go to me or if needed EMTs reserve. This means that if a game were to break. Or a mic was to break, we could pull from a fund and solve that problem.
Be very very careful. I watch my money very closely ;)
Example time.
6 hour lobby,
215 dollars.
-35 for kv
180 left,
-80 percent.
144
-60 percent of 144
86.4 dollars for the host, 57.6 given to the cohost, kv is paid for, 36 dollars for reserve.

i bought a jtag from xenonjtags so when that get here im might join but i dont no shit bout modding i dont care about long hours or any of that crap cuz im pulling a no-lifer this summer im 14 btw
