Delete and reinstall itunes then do a recovery on your ipod and wipe it clean. Then put back the content you had on the ipod.

delete the song and redownload a new one, maybe the song went jank

If the song is in your library, Convert it to AAC Format, then try to re-add it.
This worked i cant believe it was that simple, ill pm you now!
