do you have to be a premium elite member to get the dlc when it comes out? if your not an elite premium member you have to wait a month until all the elite members get it?

no everyone can download it but elite members get it for free and the others have to download it for 1200 MSP i think hope i helped you

Elite and premium members get it for free cause im premium and if u have payed at all for elite or premium u get em for free if your not u have to pay
