Can you take a saved picture from Horizon that's from the Gamercard viewer and convert them to LIVE file to be used on XBOX?
Like I like one of my friends Gamer Pictures and I can't get it because my accounts region isn't in Japan (Even tho I live in Japan) ._. So, I decided to try and get it off Horizon. And have no clue how to convert the PNG file to a LIVE file ._.
Anyone have any ideas?
