Well first you need to download the alterIWnet aka Mw2:

C:/Program Files/Activision/Call of Duty - Modern Warfare 2. If this folder does not exist, create it.
After that, download the following files:

After downloading all these files and have installed the game, place the files Iw 22 and Iw 23, folder 'Main' in the game folder!

Once you have placed the files, go to the folder 'Zone' in the game folder,
and create a new folder called 'dlc' and extract the files: Stimulus Package and Resurgence Package to the folder that you created before 'dlc'

Then extract the files from aIW-37a to the game folder: C://Program Files/Activision /Call of Duty - Modern Warfare 2

Open the mw2 : 'iw4mp'. The game will update, will take around 3-5 minutes.

Well first download the following file that contains several patches:

Name the file you want, and in the final type: '.iwd' Be sure that it is selected and soon down the option '.ZIP', and when you select the '.ZIP' option the file will change its name. Then make sure that the name be for example like this: Mypatch.iwd and not that way: Mypatch.iwd.zip

After that, go back to the game folder: C: / / Activision .. etc.. and create a folder called 'mods' inside that folder create another with the same name as your patch. For example: mods> Mypatch and inside the folder put your patch. Like this:
mods> Mypatch> Mypatch.iwd


You can do this as many times as you want! With any patch, just make sure that the folder and the patch has the same name!

Then open the: 'alterIWnet_configure' in the game folder, and write your name, colors are allowed:
To leave the name colored write before the name the following, for example: ^0,^1,^2, each letter is a color!

Then open the game and go to the Private Match, where you can select the map's ,style of play, etc. But do not start the game,
So find a button on your keyboard with the windows logo and click it, then select AlterIWconsole. and write: fs_game mods/thenameofyourpatch;map_restart. For example: fs_game mods/Gee;map_restart
And then go back and start the game.
