So ive had this 3RD Gen iPod touch for about 2 years now and multiple times ive had to replace the screen (with ease) But this time my father decided to stick it down securely which somehow made it look like this (Pic located below writing). As you can tell the colours are reverse, and i was hoping someone has a solution or can atleast tell me what part of my iPod i need to replace to fix it?

That's actually kind of cool. I would want to leave it for a little while and see how everything else looks.

Go to settings>accessibiliity and turn white on black ON. That might reverse your problem.
