Torrents are brilliant. You can download anything, from programs to music, But what is your torrent speed?

Mine is around 500kb/s, I can download 400mb files in around 20 minutes, what about you? :p

Mine used to be 700kb/s now its 200kb/s-300kb/s. Changed internet providers. Wait let me rephrase that, i rooted my android for wireless tether and now i'm illegally using a service provided by sprint for an internet connection. and its not really so much about the computer but your internet. though computer does play a role in it. But i think mine is pretty good for 3G crappy phone internet if i don't say so my self.

When my fibre optic was actually working, vuze would download at around 2.5 - 3 MB a second, I downloaded cod4 PC (6.4GB) in about 50 minutes

But now, I average 220 kbs........ Here's my speedtest

There is no set torrent speed. It depends on the seeders/leechers ratio

Obviously if there is only 1 seeder and 500 leechers your speed isnt going to be very high

Torrents are peer to peer connections, they are not like file hosting sites

Typically though with a good amount of seeders i would say its around 2MB, otherwise it can be around 100KB, all depends
