My internet isn't the best, but it's not normally this bad, I can normally achieve about 250 kB/s, but for maybe the past 4-6 hours it's been like this. I've tried resetting my router on multiple occasions with no increase in speed, I can't even buffer a youtube video it's being this slow.
I can't ring up my isp at the moment seeing as it's 3:30 am, anyone know what could be causing the problem?
