The op is not racist or discriminating.
He is saying the people who came to the US illegally get free healthcare, and much more when the legal citizens taxes go to pay for this person who came here illegally. Our taxes could be used for example that school down the street, or even that pot hole or destroyed sidewalk or streetlight.
