Hex editor... They say car names and details... Have 1 rim size and then change it... Then u can change it up to 45 and down to1

Also I think the color u change to 0 same process

Use HxD. Look for name of car and if is like golf gti 1 look with a1 in the phrase not hex...

Also for neon turn neon on if u want.. Turn it off ... Find difference ...may take while if u have lots of cars... For flashing change to 02 for extra bright neon it's E6. ...why not 04 idk

For me there was the name... Like if saleen it was what it is in garage it should say. 2007(or whatever) saleen s7
