Ahh ive been wary about this.
I havent heard of it being incompatible with the new untether package from cydia but i think it is.

Before i installed the untether package from cydia i removed semitether and my device works fine.

You can try and do a tethered boot using redsnow and if you get into the device remove semitether as it is no longer required.

k so, im gonna boot up the semi-tethered jailbreak again, go to cydia, than get carana 5.0.1 untether again... than what do I do and how?

No, just boot up tethered and remove semi tether from the packages in cydia
You wont need to install corana 5.0.1 again as it is allready installed.
After that your device should restart fine. If not im very confused as i have a mate who has done this on his iphone 4 flawlessly.

But ill try my best to help.
