I cant find it on bing search. I was at the new dashboard beta. Im from Europe (finland). Maybe that has something to do with this? +rep

Go to the Apps section, then choose App Marketplace, then you should find YouTube

download on app markeplace and link your youtube account to it

just go to your Xbox dash then go to Apps and it should be there i am from europe netherlands and it is there for me so
