Im getting a new phone and I need help one what choose between a Samsung Infuse 4G or a iPhone 4. If anyone could tell me which is better (Specs) wise it would be greatly appreciated.

Iphone all the way ;)
Do not buy the 4s as it exactly same as iphone4 and then update your phone to IOS5
Plus 32gb Iphone 4 has slowly go down in price ;)

I would say the iPhone4, had mine for 5 months or so and not had one problem with it.
