Been thinking about making people their own simple sites for web design practice. They wouldn't be forums, or anything like that. They would just be simple sites with a home page, contact page, and any other pages you want (ex.: services, products, about me, etc...). I wouldn't be setting up hosting or domains for you, just designing the site for free and then giving you the files. If I get enough that want one, I'll make a thread tonight/tomorrow.
Thoughts? Feedback?
BTW, here is some of my work... I know it isn't the best. That's why I'm practicing. ;)

C++ honestly isn't very difficult. Most of it is memorization, just like any other language. It takes more time, but it isn't in any way more difficult. Besides, HTML isn't the only language you use in a website. HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP/ASP are all used in web dev. If you think C++ is hard, try Win32 ASM. You haven't even had a taste yet.

HTML isn't hard? Well why don't you try achieving cross browser perfection, perfect semantics. Hell, do you even know HTML beyond the point of just writing tags. While HTML itself may not be difficult, the challenge comes in perfectly and faultlessly combining it with perfect CSS, JavaScript and a Server-Side technology. So until you actually go beyond the basics, why don't you be quiet. Oh and if you're so amazing at C++ then post your most advanced snippet of code and explain it.

I'd have to agree that HTML is probably one of the hardest languages only because of all of the different languages involved, graphics work, compatibility with all browsers, and trying to make a rich UI from nothing. It takes time to perfect. With something like C#, you could do something completely **** wrong and still make something work, but with HTML if you **** up something then it's a chain reaction.
