can someone please make me a pre cc save with all map markers all weapons health 200 stamina and magika 800 and all skills at 100 and all armour and spells and shouts please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a thread with pre-modded saves. To get one made for you go to Cryo/Sym's topic they probably will do it.

Seriously? Your asking for your save to be modded via a non-modding thread? All this thread is for is displaying pre-modded saves not offering to mod peoples saves.
