Patience is the best advice that I can give you that nobody else seems to mention. Rushing shots is what causes most people to miss. Line up your target in the middle of your screen before you scope in and it should almost become second nature whether to drag shot or pop shot

Yeah thats really what I do, but it's just really slow right now, like it takes awhile to line them up and then scope in, but I guess it becomes quicker with practice?

Yep repetition is the best teacher. Try to force yourself to use a sniper in every situation that you can. Give or take around 1-2 days worth of gameplay and you will realize how simple it could become

If your not very good, try lining up your shots from short distances, medium distances then long distances. Eventually you'll get better. Patience is the key!

i would keep practicing it in public matches and private matches with your mates and practice makes perfect.
there are a couple of ways to help the accuracy more- like crouch when you shoot, double tapping y and there's more but cant think atm
hope this helps

You get better over time, I suggest holding sniper lobbies and use a sniper for everything. A good tip for no scoping is crouching right after you shoot. A good one for quickscoping is when you aim down at someone, let your crosshairs show just a little bit, shoot, scope out. All really quick, on their screen it won't show the crosshairs. This method works like 90% of the time if you shot right at them.

Also, shoot at an empty wall to get your timing down. Sometimes when people quickscope, the scope doesn't fully come up causing the game to think that it was a no-scope, giving you a random shot. Shoot at a wall until all your bullets are landing directly in the middle. That should help your timing of how far to go in when scoping

the best suggestion is to practice in private matches with your mates, just mess around and it will come naturally to you.

ive been doing it since cod4 and on mw2 its 10x easier with slight of hand pro

practice makes perfect =)
