I downloaded some PSD packs for game battles GFX. but when i open some of them it asks for a frame rate. i can pick a few different number or enter my own, but nothing i tried will open them. and then when some of them do open, it wont let me edit the text or anything.. im new to Photoshop so please be easy on flaming me... thanks for all your help and your time.
