Okay, i got on my xbox for the first time in a month.
I updated to use youtube on it, and everytime i sign into my main XBL profile, which is gold, it says XBL connection lost.
I test it, and im connected fine, so i try signing into my silver secondary profile, and i connect and everything fine, Im able to get on the youtube app, but It says it needs a gold account, so i sign into the other one and it says lost connection to XBl...
HELP MEH! Im getting very frustrated, i will rep what I can to the one who helps me.

If you are banned you will know. They give you a message that you cant miss that says you are banned for x amount of days or whatever and you will not be able to sign into xbox live until the time is up.

Happened to me all I did was delete the profile and recover it and it worked

Firstly you just Bumped which is against the rules and you may be reported for it.
Secondly No you are not banned, Microsoft issue a notice when you attempt to connect to the server. Therefore your answer is: You are not banned.
I would also check your email, incase Microsoft has contacted you.

Try Re-Downloading it or Clear Your System Cache
To Clear System Cache:
Go to Your Memory Then Highlight Your HDD then press 'Y' then 'Clear System Cache'
This deletes any GAME updates stored on your console and nothing else
