hey guys. So everytime i try to play some cod
online and my brother is on his computer i instantly lag.
when he turns his internet switch off i dont lag. when
my mom is on her computer i dont lag at all. i was just wondering
is there a way to prevent his computer from taking all the internet?
cuz i would love to play without lag for once :/

i ahve no clue does his computer have viruses or sometiing and ur mom probibly just does small things but ur bro probibly does like youtube which KILLS your internet!

no his computer is brand new and we've tested it. i was in a game of cod and he was just on th computer, nothing open just connected to the internet, he turns the switch i go 4 green bars, he turns it back on instant red bar

tell him to go to utorrent and stop his downloads from seeding this should help ... good luck

Get in your router.
192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1
Idk what kind of router you have so you will have to look up your default username and password.
Then you wanna go to advance networking and mess with QoS (Quality of Service)
Figure out his DHCP IP address, then set his priority for inbound/outbound to low
