Click on account > Update your avatar > and then you can change it from there.

You go to the "Account" tab, then select "change avatar". Then take the link of your avatar that you're going to use, and paste it into the box. Click "save changes", and it will then be changed. And if you want someone to make you an avatar, post your request in the "Graphic Requests" forum.
