Ok, so for the people who can't accept the ToS and anything else related to the ToS...

Try clearing your System Cache on whatever your main storage device is. It's that simple guys. It just worked for me and will probably work for you.

i just kept on turning my Xbox on and of and testing the connection.. and it finally worked thank god
