New terms of use on xbox live also the connection error is fixed

Wow, people are bitchin' when its down for like 2 hours. PSN was down for like a month. And no i hate ps3 never had one xbox lova but ya just be patient, go to bed if you arent patient!

Well, some people may be scared because there were a lot of rumors passed that they were banning anyone who really had any hacked/modified information on their accounts or connect to. So really most people are so frantic because they are freaking out because really, About 90% of the gaming community is stupid enough to think Microsoft would terminate over almost half of their population.

Well Xbox wont trow the ban hammer because an update will usually termenate the modified DOS and make it the updated version which has not had a fb yet
