Okay so here's the deal. I tried to update but it failed. And blah blah blah. But after it failed, for some odd reason when my xbox is off my wireless works. (Like it shows that its working, on my router) but when i turn it on, it automatically says I dont have wireless internet. (on router) ... BUT I have internet on my computer. ?

Same here do not worry, it is just the servers on microsoft are down right now.. we all who are trying to update are having this issue..
Microsoft said to wait one hour and the issue will be resolved so just wait like everyone else :\

I downloaded the new update and had everything work fine. What's probably happening is the old dashboard is causing you to not be connected to the servers.

Just restart xbox and test connection a few times.

I had this problem after I downloaded the update. I would restart your xbox, when you do, you will receive a message saying the Term of Service has changed and you have to accept, and that is why you can't connect to XBL even though your connection is fine, even when you test connection. Hope I helped.

this update is for verizon bc microsoft signed a deal with verizon to have live tv on the xbox ik bc my mom works for verizon and they told them that you will be able to use the kinect to change the channels so if u dont have verizon then sucks for u lol
