Im entering into a competition, and I'm pretty sure I have the answer to the preliminary question. It seems basic, and I just wanted to make sure everyone else seems to think the same.

The Question Is:

We just recently installed Windows XP onto all of our workstations. Now we cannot get on to the Internet! All of the cords are plugged in, and the network is fine! Please help!

Please only answer if you know what you're talking about. The contest is for a spot on a tech support team, and only 10 spots out of thousands of people are available. I thought the question seemed basic, but I don't want a basic answer.

install the internet driver for it, depending on the type of computer (hp, dell ect) you will need a different internet/network driver for each.

That's what I was pretty sure of. They never specified what brand or model the computer was though.
