Yes, but this does the same thing, just searches for the ID without manually getting into the Hex editor, searching for it, and replacing it via hex edit, just replaces it via hex, but with a GUI

The only thing I seem to have trouble modding in the barrel is ingots. Does anyone else have this issue?

Yes, but not with this tool, there is another tool (trainer)
Works for PC, but you could have someone use it on your save, and then transfer it back to you

I tried using ebony arrows that weren't stolen, and it still doesn't work. I'm going to go try it in the College Of Winterhold (I got the gold trick to work there, maybe it'll work for the items)

I tried it in the College Of Winterhold, Hall Of Attainment. It found the number of ebony arrows, but it was unable to change it without it crashing...maybe i didn't rehash/resign.

Alright, in the College Of Winterhold, Hall Of Attainment, I got ebony arrows to work. I think There's a problem with inserting data into the file, Like if you have 20 arrows, you can't go above 99. I will test that now.

Nope, I changed 99 arrows to 300 arrows. Perhaps you always have to click the "Close File" thing in the menu... I will now try this with Cyrodilic Spadetail.

Cyrodilic Spadetail is giving me some issues, its ID is 00106E19. I tried 406E19, and that didn't work. I tried 4106E19, and that didn't work either. I'm trying a few other things right now, though.
