Dont flame and call me a liar. It worked twice out of hundreds of tries, might've been a tiny glitch. Sorry if it doesn't work for you. Keep trying .

I was messing around, and i took the G36C data slugs and data key, and edited the M4A1.

I changed the slugs and keys in M4A1 to match a G36C,

When you chose the M4A1, and clicked Accept, and it takes you back to menu showing all of your classes, that M4A1 you just changed, is now a picture and name of a G36C.

I sent the changes to game, and i have a G36C at level 30 :O

Believe it or not. But it Works.


And dont flame me if it doesnt work for you...

Cause it worked for me once, dont know if it will work again, but dont hate (: thanks


VIDEO TUT: (kinda speedy and laggy, sorry :/)




SIMPLE TUT:

1. Click a class you wish to change.

2. Right click the M4A1(do not select it) and press Inspect Element).

3. Change the data-slug="m4short" to data-slug="g36"(yes 36 not 36c or your gun of choice.) and change data-key="m4_short" to data-slug="g36c"(make sure you also change name of class, where it shows M4A1 in my video, to the correct name of the gun in CAPITALS)

5. Press Accept.

6. The classes will show that class you just changed as a G36C (oh happy days)

7. Send changes to game.(make sure your NOT in MW3, waiting at the dashboard/XMB)

8.Go into game, and go to multiplayer, and play online.

9.Wait 1-2 Minutes, if your confirm class menu doesnt pop up, go back to elite.callofduty.com and keep sending the changes.

10. Try and try. It doesnt work 100%. Just keep sending changes to game and repeating step 7-10 until it asks to confirm.

BAM! done(:


JimErased edit: Changing the secondary weapon slugs and keys may also let you have 2 primary weapons. This is just a suspicion. Please try to confirm it.

GunZGuy edit: Changing slugs for secondary is CONFIRMED to let you have 2 primaries without overkill.

You can also have 2 lethals. Also works for different camo's killstreaks, anything. Check around NGU for tuts on those specific items.
