I just joined a clan that is is rank 21 and we have 6 hours of double xp

How do i get it?

Well if you are online currently and the double xp doesn't appear you have to sign out of xbox and then resign back in for it to appear.

Im online and ive signed out and i still dont have it

I joined when they were already a level 21?
