jtag HDD question

what im basically asking is if i own 2 HDDs, one i already use on my jtag, and the second has nothing on it. the first one is basically full so i cant download much to it. Can i download xex to the second hdd then start downloading more stuff to it.

Yes you can. Just i don't think you will be able to have them in at the same time.
