I have a LG Revolution and it has been rooted, when i turned my phone back on the other day it turned on fine and the lockscreen came up just as normal, but when i unlocked it my home screen was black, i could see the status bar and everything but it wouldnt let me slide it down and none of the soft keys will do anything ounce i get pass my lock screen. Ive tried to hard reset it but i dont have a sim card so when it finally reboots and wants to go through the new setup i dont have a sim card so it wont setup properly so i found a way to get pass that by pressing Up(volume), Down(volume), Home soft key, Search soft and it bypasses the setup but after that it boots back to my lockscreen i slide to unlock it and everything is still the same as if the hard reset did nothing! So please if anyone else had this problem could you please help me ill give you all the rep i have!
