I've noticied I've been rage-quitting more than usual, and here's why I think why.
1.) Drop-shotting as well as cheap tactics such as camping
So many people drop-shot in this game, it gets annoying sometimes. Also I can't tell you how many times I've been killed by somebody camping in a building with a Supressed SMG or Akimbo FMGs.
2.) Overpowered kill-streaks
Killstreaks such as the Attack Helicopter or AH-6 Overwatch are so overpowered. They rack up kills as fast as the harrier from MW2, and we all remember how annoying those were. Those things seriously need a patch, and fast.
3.) Overpowered Guns
Quick-scoping or close range sniping is literally impossible whenever you have a try hard running at you with a PP90M1 or Supressed Type 95. I think they should consider a patch.
4.) It's fast-paced nature.
Having it be so fast-paced and easy to kill makes the game a lot more interesting to play, but dying a lot is inevitable unless you are doing some hardcore camping or you are just that good
5.) Maps aren't as good as MW2's
Personally, I think MW2's maps were designed better. These maps look cool, but they are few I like and most of them have their faults. Honest opinion. I get monthly content drops with my Premium Elite Membership, so I can't wait to see what kind of new maps they release.
I am not hating on MW3, I absolutely love this game and will continue to play it. It just has a few problems they need to touch on. About drop-shotting and stuff, nothing you can really do about it. These are my personal opinions, but you may think otherwise. Tell me what you think is annoying/irritating about MW3.

Drop-shotting can get annoying but more often than not it doesn't. I agree, most guns are equal, but the ones that aren't are the ones people are going to be using. Fast paced is good, I agree. But sometimes I get a lot of death streaks which is annoying. And maps, it's your opinion.

What gets on my nerves? I'll tell you what gets on my nerves.
People that sit in corners waiting for you to run past then they snap onto you and don't miss a shot, surely if you're good at aiming you run around, right? WRONG. You sit in a corner or lay prone.
Assassin / Assassin Pro - Honestly? Use a different perk, I don't even know what category this perk is in ( Perk 1 2 or 3 ) but surely there is something better. I didn't use 'Ghost' in Black ops and I wont use assassin in MW3.
Dropshotting - Someone dropshots me, piece of cake, easy kill for them (Apparently all my bullets miss) - When I attempt this 'OH SO EASY' dropshotting, I immediately die, I don't even get chance to get to the floor.
When you're clearly aiming at someones torso and unload around 10-15 bullets into them, only for them to die halfway through your clip, considering it only takes 3-4 bullets to kill someone.
Never used any type of Launcher in Black ops, but I use the Stinger in MW3 on every class, helps towards killstreak, destroys most Air Support in one shot.
Supressor actually doesn't piss me off, some guns are an absolute must.
Going into a 'about to end' game. Thanks for the loss.

Dropshotting isin't cheap, you just fail to do it.
Use a stinger.
Guns ARE balanced.
CoD has always been fast paced..
Maps are actually very good, my opinion though.

To be honest i think that most guns are pretty powerful so it balances out
