Wow this kid is pretty much selling and telling ou you have to pay 5 dollars for him to mod your gamerscore for halo 3 and halo 3 odst achievemtents then go to bungie.net and sign in on your account that you modded and to to servoce record and unlock your recon GTFO kid!
