Well i just got a new computer and every time that i try to install something it says: "Could not access network location %PUBLIC%\Desktop\." Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

I'm not sure if it's a brand new out of the store or if it's pre owned then ur issue is that the laptop is on a network and u have to remove the network server

Yup, i tried to save money and got a Samsung Laptop for cheap, will great stuff in it, and it was a display model. If that has anything to do with it please help me out thanks.

Yup, i tried to save money and got a Samsung Laptop for cheap, will great stuff in it, and it was a display model. If that has anything to do with it please help me out thanks.
It's probably connected to the store server or something. Try this [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and or this. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] also DO NOT FORGET to make a SYSTEM RESTORE POINT before you do this!

So on the first link can i just go to "fix it for me" and run that file, after i made a system restore point.

I would say so. Never had you're problem. Try to do the fix it for me and do what it says in article. If it messes up just restore to the point you made good luck man.

O, ok. Well the error code i get usually is a 1003, not 1006. So can u give me a download to fix it for me?
