kinda feel retarded lol but can someone walk me through how to actually invite or how people can join my clan? do they have to have elite? or is it just because elite is running so slow that i cant do it? THANKS!

Either they ask to join your clan or you search for there GT and invite them simple as that

I dont think you can do it on xbox. its just easier to do it on the computer. For example try it out now. Go to Elite -> Career -> Search: Type in my GT: xInfraction and there you go...
