so i need a ride to the next town to pick up some unmentionables because i can't drive yet.

i am getting someone i am relatively close with to drive me and it's about a 15 minute drive in total, including the time back to the house.

how much should i pay for the ride? I was thinking like $20 is generous for a quick pick up and drop-off.

the only reason im paying is because i feel like a **** asking on short notice and im not even that close to him.

opinions?

Yeah, $20 is very generous, $10 would suffice, but if you've got the cash, it's a nice gesture.
