i purchased the call of duty elite premium membership for 4000msp.
and now it wont even let me access the elite app. it says'this gamertag is not eligible' can anyone help me out why this message keeps popping up everytime i go onto call of duty elite? would very apreciate it.

elite is still pretty **** up, try reseting your router or closing the webpage if possible...

I still get this ERROR 500

An Internal Server Error Occurred

An unexpected system error occurred.

On my laptop snd still nothing on my Xbox it keeps coming up with the terms and conditions and I accept it and and one pops up not been into anything elite yets it's starting to piss me off some of my friends have not pay for the premium I have and they get in I thought we got priority and will I still get founder status we I finally get in if I ever do
