Whenever people ask can you get banned for
this 75% of the time you will.
so do it at your own risk cause
its exploiting the game and it's has
the word modded in it so ill say you can.

Highly Doubt It, i'm sure they wouldn't be able to keep a record of what your clan tags have been.

But there is always some possibility, nevertheless 50% of the people who play Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer have done it so I doubt nothing would happen, or they would have hardly anyone online
