a few months later my hacked gamerscore got reset to 0 and i didnt mind seem as how it was hacked. but now i just got confirmation that i have been banned for a modded avatar .

Well you know you can change your avatar even if you mod it. I used to have a colored avatar, but I got rid of it when many people were getting banned.

Microsoft wont believe that since nothing wasnt reported. there really isnt anything you can do other then move one and get a new account and start over.
