so i got an email a few days back saying my account had been permanently suspended even though i hadn't done anything after i got my gamer score reset, i use a family xbox live membership. when i try to sign in i get this

I've checked xbox website and it doesn't say I'm banned and i can't see any info that needs updating on the family owner

so does this mean I'm banned completely or can i be unbanned by maybe hacking cuz i really want my online stuff back

sorry guys, just signed into this account again and it came up the banned until 9999 thing so is there anyway atm to unban accounts or get live stuff onto other account

Contact Microsoft and explain the situation and hopefully they will sort it out,
