The clan glitch messed up my name it put my name underneath were ur name should be and i cant play online and when i use the clan tag to try to fix it wont show any letters anyone have a solution

Delete the whole clan tag you are using AJ

Turn off Xbox then turn back on. MAke sure you delete the "AJ" before doing so.

erase the AJ and type in random letters press start go back in delete it then type in clan tags like regular! +rep if i helped

Either put something else in the clan tag, or remove it so its completely blank, if all fails, mod your clan tag on your computer to be blank via hex editing.
