First off this is from S7, Full credit to the poster.

This has not been posted here yet and I feel it will help a lot of you gain ranks.

STEP 1. SIGN UP AT [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

STEP 2. LINK GAMERTAG AND VALIDATE EMAIL ADDRESS.

STEP 3. OPEN UP COD ELITE AND CHANGE ONE THING IN YOUR CUSTOM CLASSES.

STEP 4. LOAD UP THE GAME ACCEPT THE CUSTOM CLASS CHANGE AND YOU WILL NOTICE YOU NOW HAVE 2 HOURS OF 2X XP.

STEP 5. CREATE A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS.

STEP 6. SIGNUP AT [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] AGAIN WITH THE NEW EMAIL ADDRESS, CHANGE THE INFORMATION.

STEP 7. LINK YOUR GAMERTAG AND VALIDATE NEW EMAIL ADRESS AGAIN.

STEP 8.OPEN UP COD ELITE AND CHANGE ONE THING IN YOUR CUSTOM CLASSES AGAIN.

STEP 9.LOAD UP THE GAME EXCEPT THE CUSTOM CLASS CHANGE AND YOU WILL NOTICE YOU NOW HAVE 4 HOURS OF 2X XP.

STEP 10. RINSE AND REPEAT UNTIL YOU HAVE AS MUCH 2X XP AS YOU WANT!

Another possible method.

RageQuitter wrote YOU HAVE TO NOT MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT! At least I didn't. I just went to my current account, changed my email, then a class, and got more 2xxp.
