Hi
I would just like to create a post explaining why this could be happening
Reason One
The XGD3 data is not being read properly on your drive, this could be due to weak laser in the drive, try getting it adjusted
Reason Two
The XGD3 data on the disc is corrupted, Just wait for an update to come out and it should sort it out.
Reason Three
A Title Update is causing the game files to appear corrupt, even though its not. For example, when I play MP on MW3 sometimes, I get 'Disc Unreadable' error message, but the game runs fine in the background.
Any other reasons, just reply to the thread and I will be more than happy to add them

I have never had this error.
But i had one when i install the game to the HardDrive, the Game still seem's loud on my xbox.
Can you help!

I also have this, its reading XGD3 data and sending to MS, Basically just security checks. Does it stop when in game and then respin?
