You need to unload a whole clip of sniper rifle bullets without missing your target (enemys) I does not matter if you get a hitmarker. You just need to unload All Five (Or more depending on gun) bullets into the enemy team without missing!

Not entirely sure, but in previous games, the perfectionist tag came from putting an entire clip from a weapon into enemies (ie - bad guys, or helicopters)

Every single bullet in your sniper has to hit an enemy.

You have 5 bullets in your round. Every single one of them 5 bullets must hit an enemy. You miss one, tough luck, start again.

They can also be hitmarkers.

Must shoot an entire clip of a sniper withoug missing.

I recommend the L118A or MSR.
