Is the only way to earn prestige tokens is to prestige in any cod before mw3 and prestige in mw3???? Robert Bowling said yes you earn them by prestiging in other cods. Other ways to earn them too. Thanks.

Every time you prestige in MW3, you get a prestige token. So if you prestige in every CoD from CoD4-MW3, you can get 4 tokens. Then every time you prestige in MW3 you get another token.

he Means if he gos back to cod4 etcc... and prestiges now can he still get a token

Prestige tokens in MW3: Every time you prestige you get a prestige token.
Other Call of Dutys: Every time you prestige you SHOULD get a prestige token within 17 - 24 hours after you prestige. If you don't there is nothing you can do, but move on.
