what happen is paypal fault no kodeman he has no control paypal closed his acount for whatever reason so he is litmited to amazon now he said everything that happened and what needs to be done by the customers on his post so read it again the guy is doing his best to please everyone so chill and send the money again via amazon if you want a jtag and be glad you got your money back and not got scam that just show he is for real and legit kodeman keep up the good work
