Yeah, all you need to make it stop lagging is either More RAM (random access memory) or a better internet speed.
To check your ram just go to where it says My Computer and right click, then click properties there you will see RAM (Random Access Memory)
Need more help, just ask

How to I check that man?
I have 3gb and no lag... 32 bit? Maybe its your internet speed

Dude I have 6GB of ram dude....
I have 8Gb of ram but it lags on smooth aswell, try using the java method to stop the lag, either that or your internet connect is bad :/
