The text sticks out too much. It almost grabs your attentions. You don't want text to be the focal point. Try changing the color, or changing the opacity.

Great advice, thanks will use in the future. Also, I didn't do a whole lot to the render, one mistake I regret and knew about. I kept a .psd so I may change it here pretty soon.

What I would do, is change the Saturation of the background to almost 0, but give it a slight bluish tint, to match the eyes. Maybe do some blurring or smudging on the render, or add some contrast, and make him a bit darker.. And a 1px Black border never hurts.

Hmm, alright thanks! I'll try this out now, he is way to bright haha stands out a little too much. Yeah there's a black border, but with the black background it's hard to see.
